DR. LINDSAY SMITH

Dr. Lindsay Smith DDS, HBSc, graduated from the University of Western Ontario’s Dental School with honours after achieving her Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo. She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, Canadian Dental Association and Ontario Dental Association. Dr. Smith has been practicing general Dentistry in the area since 2009. She lives locally with her husband and two young children. She enjoys the skiing being outdoors and spending time at her family cottage.

DR. JIM CHUNG

Jim grew up in London, Ontario and received his degrees in Biochemistry and Dentistry from Western. He has practiced Dentistry in northern Ontario, Vancouver, and Toronto before selling his last practice to work at the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. He's decided to return to seeing patients on a part time basis since he's also is a professional writer and sports photographer. He's married and has a son who cannot decide whether to be a documentary film maker, lawyer or helicopter pilot.

Dr NEGAR GOLMOHAMMADI

Dr. G grew up locally in the barrie area. She moved away for her studies. First she received her honours Bachelor degree in Science from McMaster university. She then received her Masters in Science from the university of Toronto. Finally she attended Western university receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery. She is a member of the Canadian Dental Association and Ontario Dental Association. When is is not taking care of patients, you can find her teaching yoga, painting or spending time with her family.

KARLYNN

Karlynn graduated in 2009 from the dental hygiene program at Canadore College with honours. She received the Golden Scalar award for clinical excellence. Her outgoing personality and gentle touch allow patients to feel at ease in her care. She grew up in North Bay and now lives locally with her husband Calvin, son and daughter. In her spare time she enjoys skiing, swimming and spending time with her family.

CHRIS

Christine has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since graduating with honors from Canadore College in 1990.

She has a passion to promote excellent oral health and believes that the key to this is through learning why and not just how to floss and brush. She loves sharing her knowledge with her clients and revels in helping them to understand the link to overall health through promoting effective dental care.

A long time resident in the Orillia area, she is proud of her two adult sons and enjoys participating in local performing arts groups with singing and dancing. She pursues an active lifestyle and in her free time can be found riding her mountain bike or Nordic skiing with her husband and dog, Nahla.

BECCA

Becca graduated with honors from Canador College Dental Hygienist. She grew up in Huntsville and now resides in Orillia with Her Husband. In the winter months she enjoys snowboarding and snowshoeing. When its warmer you can find her camping and taking hikes with her dog.

CODY

Cody graduated from the dental hygiene program at Canadore College in 2022 with honours. She grew up in a small town 2 hours north of North Bay with the town motto “Englehart, a small town with a big heart” which definitely reflects Cody’s personality. She has been known to crack cheesy “dad jokes” and laughter can often be heard coming from her room while she works. Cody tries her best to make patients feel comfortable and at ease throughout dental visits. Outside of work you can find her hiking with her dog, Shiloh.

KIM

Kim is a clinical receptionist at the practice. She has worked in the dental field for over 25 years. She enjoys getting to know our patients and their families. She was born and raised locally and has strong roots in our community. In her spare time, she loves being outdoors, playing sports or spending time with her friends and family.

JENN

Jenn graduated from Canadore College in 1999 as a level two dental assistant. She has worked locally ever since. She was raised here and continues to call Orillia her home. Jenn and her fiancé each have one child as well as a cat and a dog. When she is not in the office she can be found on swimming, biking, boating or any other outdoor activity.

KIMBERLEA

Kimberlea is a clinical receptionist at both the Orillia and Washago practices. She has worked in finance administration for over 25 years and is now thoroughly enjoying working in the dental industry. She has lived locally since she was a child. She and her husband have 5 blended children and now have a beautiful granddaughter. In her spare time she enjoys doing home improvements and spending time with her family.

JENNIE

Jennie graduated from CDI College as a certified level 2 dental assistant in 2006. She has been both an assistant and office administrator for over 17 years. She grew up in Georgetown, ON and recently moved to Barrie to be closer to family. In her spare time Jennie enjoys reading, being outdoors at her family cottage in New Brunswick and spending time with her son.

Geneva

Geneva graduated as a level two dental assistant from Georgian College in 2022. She has studied environmental sciences and nutrition and lived in Ottawa and Toronto. Having decided to move closer to her family and home growing up in Muskoka, she now resides in Orillia and appreciates all of the natural beauty the area has always offered. Depending on the season, you can find Geneva floating on the rivers/lakes, walking on trails or snowboarding or skiing and doing yoga. She also enjoys spending time with her cat.

NEIL

Neil is the office manager and has been at the practice for over 10 years. He grew up in Newmarket and now lives in Oro Medonte with his wife and two young children. In his spare time he enjoys renovating, boating, skiing, snowmobiling & spending time outdoors.
